City SC Posse - Ep23: CITY Is Rolling Into Rivalry Night
It is game day, and City SC Posse is back after last week’s power-outage podcast disaster.
Bright and Kev preview St. Louis CITY SC’s Wednesday night rivalry matchup against Sporting Kansas City, with CITY riding a club-record 10-match unbeaten run across all competitions. They break down why this is a huge opportunity for CITY to finally win at Sporting Park, why SKC’s poor form makes this an expected win, and why rivalry games are never as simple as the standings suggest.
The guys also recap CITY’s 3-1 road win over San Jose, including Simon Becher’s brace, Daniel Edelman’s early goal, Conrad Wallem’s assist, Eduard Löwen’s corner delivery, and the growing impact of Mățan and Holse.
Plus, they discuss lineup decisions, short-rest rotation, the upcoming Houston match, and what the Eduard Löwen rumors could mean.

Bright: Alright, it is game day. It's Wednesday, August nineteenth. We've got Kansas City tonight, and we're recording this bright and early so that we can get it out to the masses. And hopefully we don't have any tech issues this this week. I know last week we tried to bring on duds from NFN Peapod, and Kev, you lost power and it completely screwed up. I felt like the whole evening.
Kev: Yeah. Yeah, it was it wasn't long without power, but it was just long enough, which stunk and then of course the AC unit didn't wanna work as soon as it came back on. you know, and when you're dealing with ninety nine degree weather or whatever it was, it's not not exciting. So for a tough
Bright: No, certainly with
Kev: week.
Bright: With young kids at bedtime. I was getting ready to leave on vacation the next day. So we were trying to record the pod before I left. And yeah, so we had a very sh
Kev: We only had yeah. Small window.
Bright: very short window. It did not work out. I did put out a quick blog post if anybody went and read that. But we're back. We're back. It's game day and I'm pumped. I love midweek games. It just kinda helps you get over the hump a little bit. gives me a break from from the kids. You know, my wife will put her to bed. I could sit down and watch watch the soccer game, have a couple of beers on a Wednesday night. So nothing nothing better than that, if you ask me.
Kev: You know, it's funny, it it surprised me. It snuck up on me. You had reached out saying, hey, we need we need to jump on and talk about tonight or tomorrow's game. What are you talking about? Game Saturday,
Bright: Mm-hmm.
Kev: they're buckaroo, and and sure enough, no, we've got a Wednesday game, and that's awesome. big rivalry matchup, nothing better than that.
Bright: Yeah, and of course we got we got two different ends of the table now. You know, Kansas City
Kev: Anything else?
Bright: sitting in fifteenth place and St. Louis, we d we're just climbing on up the table. And again, I've we've talked about it on the pod before. When you go back just, you know, ten episodes or something like that, and we were fourteenth in the standings, just one spot above Kansas City. So now we are seventh in the power rankings, which is crazy, and moving all up on up there. So I love seeing all of the you know the movements, you know, ninth or whatever it was last week, seventh this week, and still
Kev: Ladder. Yep.
Bright: still going on up. And we're currently sitting at sixth in the overall standings. And I mean, we're only one point behind Dallas, who we play in two weeks or so, or a week and a half at this point. four points behind San Jose that we just routed. LAFC, five points behind them. The Dynamo, the you know, they've been on a good run. We played them this weekend. Hopefully we'll have a chance to come back and talk about that game. We sit six points behind them. So, you know, big important And we talked about this. I can't remember if it was the podcast that didn't work or not, but an important stretch here. and to to come away with a big win, and we'll get to that against San Jose. Now I feel like Kansas City is a must win. Originally I said, let's get four points. Let's get four points out of this two-game stretch on the road before we come back for two at home. And you win that first one in San Jose in convincing fashion. And now going up against the world. Team in the league, or at least certainly in the the Western Conference. I'd have to double check the Eastern Conference with and they have not scored in three games. They have red cards in in their last two games. So they're they're not on a good stretch of form right here. And we are. We are now 10 unbeaten all competitions. Seventh in the power rankings. We need to take it to Kansas City in Kansas City on the road and come away with a win tonight.
Kev: Yeah, I I would say one historic run that we're on for our young franchise. I think last game made quote unquote history.
Bright: It did.
Kev: two, I hesitate to call it a must-win game. An expected win, I would say, yeah. I I would expect to win this game. We should win this game. I don't think anybody is going to say differently. but a must-win game, you know. I get that we've got some opponents coming up on the schedule that, you know, are in a position in the standings that are going to be you know, we're gonna be battling against those teams, right? in the standings, but muskling game, I I can't call it that. If we come away with with one point, it's not the end of the world, we'll be okay.
Bright: I ultimately I agree with that and i if you come away with a draw, I'll be disappointed, certainly tonight. But I did say four points out of these two games in the road,
Kev: You then.
Bright: that would that would still happen. It would suck. Obviously this is a rivalry matchup. Kansas City has all the hype around him right now with Ted Lasso and and all of that, which which is cool, fine. Hey, good good repping Missouri and everything. I actually on vacation I met I met some people from from Kansas City and and we laughed and had some good jokes about the the St. Louis KC rivalry as a whole. not necessarily just about soccer, but but
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: this is this is a big game for us. And overall, we are four, two and three. three against Kansas City in the the nine regular season meetings. Of course they they took it to us in the the playoffs years ago in our inaugural
Kev: I'm gonna talk about that with the playoffs. Don't need to talk about it.
Bright: season. We've outscored Kansas City 21-14. So lots of goals when we meet up and we tend to have the the edge in that. So we've had some convincing wins certainly we played them right after the break coming off of the World Cup at home and beat them three to two, which was still, you know, closer than it probably should have been. And I did say at the time that was a bit of a trap game for us. We were, you know, we had had that good
Kev: Back month.
Bright: run of form. But then yeah, after a big break and you come right into a rivalry
Kev: Mm-hmm.
Bright: game at home where there's a little bit more pressure. And we managed to squeak it out. and and it we did. We just squeaked it out with that Louvin penalty kick goal, if you remember. but we are winless
Kev: yeah, yeah. But
Bright: in Kansas City. at sporting park. So
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: so that brings a little extra pressure to tonight's game.
Kev: Yeah, just a good opportunity to to break that though. This is the game
Bright: Yeah, I would I would I'm gonna
Kev: we we if we're gonna have a chance to win, th this is it, right? We've got player they've got players coming off of red cards, I think, from last game that are gonna be sitting. they're
Bright: Yep. Yep. Yep. They just made a big signing. He ain't gonna be ready yet, so
Kev: He's not be ready.
Bright: no.
Kev: That's the the striker, right?
Bright: Yep.
Kev: yeah, looking forward to seeing him later.
Bright: A guy or just decim later.
Kev: but I think this is the time to have him and a time to get get a win at their park. And you know, they're they're down, bottom of the barrel, we're up atop, we've got all the momentum coming into the game. Maybe this is the trapdoor game. I I don't know.
Bright: Well yeah, I wouldn't call this one a trap just because
Kev: We should get this.
Bright: just because we are playing so well. Anytime you're playing a rivalry match, we've talked about it before, it could be Blues, Blackhawks, Cardinals, Cubs. It doesn't really matter what form the other team is in or any of the teams
Kev: Big present, yeah.
Bright: are in it, it's always gonna end up being a close game, I feel like, right? There's just that extra level of intensity. th it matters a little bit more to the players. So Kansas City even even though they're they're and three in their last three, haven't played well, haven't haven't scored, coming off of a two loss to Colorado o over the weekend, they're in dead last with fourteen points. They're gonna come into this game and say, Hey, let's take it to St. Louis and prove that that you know, we can beat a a team and let's end their let's end their run. So you you
Kev: Yeah, powder for that.
Bright: better bet they're gonna be amped up for this game. Their crowd will probably be a little bit more amped up for this game. I'm curious to see how our fans travel for this game.
Kev: Yep.
Bright: Historically pretty good for the K C matchup, but it is a midweek game. So it makes it a little bit more challenging with work and kids and all that stuff. Not everybody's gonna be able to just drive four hours to to catch the match and then drive home or drive home tomorrow. or whatever the case may be. So we might see some less less city city fans there, but I'm sure we'll have some cheering cheering on the boys.
Kev: Yep. I think I mentioned it when they came here, how much less blue we saw in the stadium than we usually do when we have that matchup. So I would think you're gonna see, you know, something similar traveling there. It's gonna be a little brutal.
Bright: No, because they suck. Yeah. It's it's easier to travel with the team when you're winning, playing well. It's a lot harder to justify those those costs when you're number eleven. Yeah, when you're bottom of the table, you know, you're like, maybe I'll skip this one.
Kev: That's true. That's true too, right? Like to go get number eleven. Yeah. He ain't going anywhere. For sure.
Bright: Well,
Kev: For sure.
Bright: Vegas is putting us at forty nine percent chance to win. So that's those are pretty
Kev: Mm-hmm.
Bright: good odds on the road. twenty four percent chance to draw and twenty seven percent chance sporting K C win. so I I'll certainly take those odds and I think I'll be putting money down on City to win tonight.
Kev: Yep. Yep. I'm in the same boat. So last game I put it down, City to win. I was a little nervous going in, but it was like plus two hundred or two ten, something like that.
Bright: No, nice. Yeah.
Kev: so that was a nice little win. in who was that? San Jose. and then yeah, for this game definitely throwing some money down. It's I think it's minus one ten if you're doing the three way with the draw in there. So I think that's the the play and then I'll probably tack in a couple of goal scorers once the lineup comes out.
Bright: Yeah, maybe maybe corners. Maybe I'll go corners tonight. we'll see. I'll look at some of the advanced metrics and and try I didn't get a bet in the last game, but
Kev: I was gonna say, do you have the do you have the corner stats?
Bright: I don't, not in front of me. I did last time, I know, but I didn't look up this time, so yeah. I t I tell ya, I tell ya. But I
Kev: Terrible. That's all right.
Bright: I feel like we've been getting lots of corners recently and when you're doing a lot of attacking, obviously, you're gonna you're gonna get rewarded with with corner opportunities. So I feel like we've been on a good run there lately. Obviously, and again we'll get to it, but scoring off of a corner and off of a set piece, what a difference it makes having Leuven taking those versus Hartle. Yeah.
Kev: Yeah. They're firing them in there.
Bright: Yeah. Yeah. All right. Well, let's I mean, let's roll into let's roll into the last game and everything. hopefully hopefully tonight we we bring home a win and and we can continue climbing the table. I mean let let me just double check. you know, Dallas is right ahead of us. I'm not sure if they're playing tonight or not, off the top of my head. but it it's certainly
Kev: Right.
Bright: a chance to jump them. and put us right behind San Jose, Houston, LAFC. We played Vancouver in Vancouver in a few weeks. And of course they're they're top of the table. So we'll see. We'll see how it goes. But certainly the the last game and yeah I was on vacation and I was having some Wi-Fi issues down in Mexico. I wasn't sure if it was gonna work. And then Saturday night the The Wi Fi gods were in my favor and I managed to get on Apple TV and stream the whole game without issue. I had to watch it on my phone, was the only thing. you know, I couldn't get the Wi-Fi on my laptop, so it was it was on my phone, but watched a little bit of it with my feet in the hot tub, but drinking some drinking some champagne, and then wife had to go to bed. She couldn't make it up until eleven
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: thirty, so I watched the the rest of the game on the sofa, finished the bottle of champagne. campaign and
Kev: There you go.
Bright: yeah, with a win it makes it it makes it a lot easier. So so it was a
Kev: Yeah, well, I don't know. With with a loss it might make it easier too.
Bright: Yeah, yeah.
Kev: Drown those arrows. yeah, they're those 9 30 games, like I don't know if I love them or hate I I can't decide, right? Like it's great because
Bright: Yeah, it goes both ways.
Kev: the kids are sleeping already, but then at the end of the game, especially when we're we're up. You know, we were up three to one. and again I'm just like, okay, like I'll speed up that clock a little bit. I want to go to sleep. not that I didn't want to see another goal. That would've been it nice and we had plenty of opportunity for one.
Bright: We had plenty of chances, that's for sure.
Kev: But yeah, it was it's tough sometimes staying awake until eleven thirty when you got two young kids.
Bright: Especially on vacation. I I had had some drinkies throughout the course of the day. got
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: the got the kids in bed and and on vacation they're staying up a little bit later. So I think maybe they were in bed by nine or at least watching a watching a movie or something in bed. And yeah, yeah, it's it's tough. And then I have to be up early the next morning to get the day started. So I yeah. Sure.
Kev: Sure. Yeah, you don't want to be sleeping all day vacation, so
Bright: Sure, and w and you can't. The kids are up, they're ready to go swimming, they're excited, all of that. So yes. So I I feel ya. It's a love hate relationship with those late night starts. but at least, you know, with hockey the games are longer. You know, you're going three hours. So
Kev: Yep.
Bright: you're you're not done 'til twelve, twelve fifteen, twelve thirty. You could pretty much bank on it with soccer. It's a two hour total. So nine thirty to eleven thirty in bed. So it It worked out and and like to your point earlier, I got to watch the game in in peace and quiet, which was awesome. And and it was a fun game to
Kev: And
Bright: watch.
Kev: I was gonna say it makes it easier when there's goals being had, right? We're winning, we're looking good, we're dom I feel like we were dominating from an offensive standpoint at least, about about the stats, but
Bright: Yeah, for overall stats as as we run through those shots, we had ten with eight on target. Now, we had three goals out of the eight. You'd say that's pretty good, but man, did Sangbin had a chance in like the fourth minute or something where he couldn't get any power
Kev: Mm-hmm.
Bright: on the ball. That should have been a goal. Leuven
Kev: No.
Bright: had one, got deflected off the crossbar, I think. That really should have been a goal. and then Betcher, I think he had two chances for the hat trick that both both one was a good save by the goalie for sure. Yeah.
Kev: Yeah. Breakaways ish. kinda. Like they might have been contested breakaways with somebody right there, but
Bright: It it may have been Betcher's best game of the season. He came in with an eight point two ranking. well that I mean that's where he ended up and he made s you know the player players of the match day. match day, whatever it was, starting eleven. Yeah, players of the week. Yeah, players
Kev: The the yeah, players of the week.
Bright: of the week, exactly. So eight point two, two goals.
Kev: I think I saw a stat out there. I think I saw a stat out there where Butcher has the highest expected goals but the lowest conversion rate of those expected.
Bright: I did see that. I did see it. And a according to this post, and it's you know, it's a soccer guy, so I more or less trust trust some of these guys that I follow. And yes, so he has like the highest expected goals and that's what the original post on X was promoting. Like look at how great his expected goals are. And then somebody commented
Kev: Mm-hmm. Yes. So we saw the same thing then.
Bright: then they're like, hey, wait a minute here though. He is dead last in the league on goals per expected goals.
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: Both this year and last year. Dead last. And we do know that yes, he can create a lot of opportunities. We've talked about him being a nuisance, but he hasn't up until this game really proven that he can bury a good chunk of those. So yes, you get two goals in a game. You had some other opportunities. You you could have gotten the hat trick, I'm sure. but we'll take it. His his second goal was was particularly nice with that feed over from Totland. Now I don't know what was happening from the goalie. The goalie probably should have came out and got that ball before Totland, but he hesitated I guess and decided to wait. I think the defender was expecting somebody to to be there, whether it was the goal goalie or that he had some backup so it gave Totlin some more room and a little bit more time to play it square and he put it in the right spot far enough away from the goalie in the air none of the defensemen could get it. Betcher goes airborne, buries it, and and that's what puts us up three to one. So that was a good goal. I I kind of mentioned it earlier with with Leuven taking the corner kicks, already just changes it, puts a little bit more pace on the ball and
Kev: Placed it right on his head.
Bright: Yeah, right on his head. But he didn't even have to try, just had to put it on
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: frame and he did put it on frame and and that's in that's in the net too. Well you can't get much of the leg working. But yes. And it was right after a short corner that didn't work out. yeah, I'm not y I'm not a big fan of short corners most of the time. Yeah, I just
Kev: Yep. I almost want to give that all to to Leuven, right? Like I I feel like he did most of the legwork and Batcher just reaped the benefits, but that was a good that was a good play. That was good. Me either. Feed in there.
Bright: Put it yeah, put it in the middle, see if somebody can can get ahead on the ball. And and
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: and it worked out. And then I guess we have to talk about the first goal. Come on, give him credit. Wallum.
Kev: come on, give him credit. Give give the man some credit.
Bright: Wallum makes a good run. He stays on side, which was a big thing. Sangbin plays it into him. He makes a good kind of behind the behind the back, behind the legs. kickback or whatever you want to say to free up some space. and then he's
Kev: Come back. Mm-hmm.
Bright: able to play it square to Edelman who buries it which which is great to see. Edelman get a goal and he could have had a second one too. Leuven played a nice one to him and and he hit one low and hard. The goalie ends up getting a fingertip on it and then off the post. And I think that would that may have been the one that led to the corner kick goal. I can't quite remember. But but yeah
Kev: Can't remember. Yeah, we had we had so many chances, honestly, in the game between Luvin, Sangben early, Betcher obviously putting a couple away and then a couple missed opportunities
Bright: Right.
Kev: even after that to to really jam that. What what did what's his name say? Jam that knife in the eye? I I can't remember what his quote was. what what's his
Bright: Yeah. yeah, that was the the GM from the blues. it's our it's a Alexander Steen, so I'm drawing a b a blank on who who it was before that already. It was Doug Armstrong. Doug Doug Armstrong. I'm like Yeah. I'm like, what is his name? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, that's who it was. But
Kev: N no, I I think it was it was our old coaching thought. Was it Armstrong? Okay. Yeah, whatever whatever his quote was. Yeah, we had the opportunity to to nail the the coffin shut and didn't get it, but
Bright: Yeah, we didn't we didn't do it. Yeah, I would've liked a seen certainly another Golatou. It would have been nice for Betcher to to get his hat trick. But other than that though, San Jose and of course they're trailing for most of the game. They had fifty two percent of the possession to R forty eight, so still pretty close. yellow cards they had one, we had two. Overall corners, we had five, they had four. So nine, which so you probably would have
Kev: I didn't see yeah, I think that would have came from under
Bright: Yeah, would have lost that one in theory, but yeah, gr I mean just just a great game. We had some good ops substitutions. Montan comes in. now I've been I've been saying holsey. I was like, let's wait until I can catch so but then they use it they they said two different ones. They said Hulse and Hulsa. So I don't I was like, alright, which one is it, man? I guess Hulsa. Does Hulsa sound better? We'll see we'll see tonight. But it's definitely not Holsey, which I liked Holsey better, I guess, with that long E, but Holse or Holse? Holse probably writing. Holse. All right.
Kev: I I think Hulse probably were I think Hulse. Hulse. I don't know which one came second. Remember they said second was probably right, because they probably had somebody in the announcer's year like, no, you idiot. Hulsa. So
Bright: They probably corrected him. Yeah, Hulsa. I think Hulsa sounds sounds more accurate for a European player, probably. Probably. Yeah, yeah.
Kev: Yep. probably. Probably.
Bright: All right. Well we'll go we'll go with Hulsa. they you know, they didn't necessarily do a whole lot, but but they they
Kev: Change the yeah.
Bright: get some minutes, which is good. and and we'll have to see we'll have to see. So Holza comes in the sixty-eighth minute. He rated a a six two. Okay. Matan, at the same time, he rated a six six. And then Orasco and Olt, they both got a couple of minutes right at the end of the game. So I'll be I'll be curious to see certainly the starting eleven against Kansas City. We didn't see any changes, which is what we kind of predicted going into the match against San Jose, especially with Hardle gone, that we'd have to roll out with pretty much much the same lineup that we did against Real Salt Lake. and it worked out for us. So we'll have to see if especially a midweek matchup we got a a big game against Houston. I I think that's a massive game with with them sitting ahead of us in the standing. So you'll wanna save some legs for Saturday night. So I I think you still have to play betcher 'cause we don't have a lot of other options up top. But you you could you could throw in Hulsa i if he's ready to start. You could throw in Matan if he's ready to start. Ostruck, does Ostruck get some playing time? Santos, does he get some playing time? Joyner?
Kev: I
Bright: He could come in as a sub. I think the last time he started he didn't really show me enough to be a starter. but but he could get some minutes, especially if you're winning, obviously it makes it a lot easier to to make some of those those substitutions. But I feel like you almost have to go out there with a a pretty similar lineup. The I think the big options are
Kev: Mm-hmm.
Bright: Hulsa, Matan, Ostruk. The thr I think the three of them
Kev: I I don't think Holsa goes in yet. Ye I don't I don't think you're bringing Hulsa into the starting lineup that early. It just feels too early, but Mothman or whatever
Bright: Not yet. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe forty five minutes.
Kev: certainly could come in. I don't mind yeah, I I think Joyner like needs to probably see the field again. maybe not in the starting lineup like you said, but I think you're you're gonna see a very similar lineup to what we've seen over the last two games.
Bright: Yeah. I mean I mean when especially when you're winning and convincing fashion, it's hard to make big changes. if players say they're ready to go, then they're they're ready to go. So let's see.
Kev: Now one of the big changes could be Luvin, right? Did you see this?
Bright: So this was this is how I wanted to wrap up the the episode. So let's just get right into it. I mean, obviously we have we have Hartle.
Kev: No, okay. Well, there you go. If he sits
Bright: If he sits, that's that's the clue, right? I mean, you can't necessarily say that because he does seem to be a a player that's in a little bit more rotation.
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: you know, Hartle at the time was playing ninety minutes a game, and so you have him starting right before a two week break. You're like, Wait a minute, and bummed to see him go, especially for the reported fee. It is what it is at this point. Now Leuven, on the other hand, I'm I'm very conflicted because I love this player. He's he's with us from the get go. I think he brings a a lot a lot to the team. But
Kev: Historically just mental app, yeah.
Bright: if he's a player that that wants to go home, with everything that he's been through on a personal level, I think that's one that you
Kev: Mm.
Bright: really have to be like, all right, man, like we get it. now th he it might be that he wants to stay. You know, I think he's really been embraced by the community. You know, he's he's he's a religious guy and I think he's he's had that community here with with his with his faith and his church and all of that. So maybe he wants to say, but the reports also said that contract negotiations for an extension weren't looking all that good. So I don't I don't know what the deal is with that. If if the front office doesn't want to keep or they don't want to pay or maybe maybe he's looking for a raise You know, he he has his pluses and minuses certainly. You know, where does he play on the field? hi w especially with bringing in some of our new guys. He he has never really seemed to be more than 60 minutes fit. You know, he is a bigger guy. He's not the fastest guy on the field, but he brings quality. He brings calmness. He he can pass the ball. He is a free kick specialist. So he he brings leadership to the team. So I'd hate to see him leave.
Kev: I would hate see him leave, but he's in a completely different situation. All right. Personally,
Bright: Yeah, yeah.
Kev: from contract standpoint, it's not like we've got him for another two years or three. I can't remember what Hardos was, right? He would we he we had just off
Bright: We have we have a yeah, Hardle we still had two two more years on his contract.
Kev: to an extension. so completely different situation from a business side and and just from the personal side. So I'll be interested
Bright: Yeah.
Kev: to see what happens there. We'll follow it obviously. hope he stays, but if we need to move him, it will hurt, but I get it from
Bright: Yep. Yep. It'll it'll hurt, but
Kev: a contract standpoint.
Bright: but we'll see. Yeah, we do have we do have on options, so we could pick up for another year on
Kev: okay.
Bright: the on the club option. So so there is that. Now, how it all works with the the sprint season next year and realignment,
Kev: Yeah.
Bright: like th that's gonna get a little confusing, I'm sure, for a lot of different contracts,
Kev: And
Bright: but
Kev: I'm I'm trying to remember next year we've got the spring sprint season basically to determine
Bright: Yeah.
Kev: who's making it into the the cup games and then
Bright: Yeah, basically.
Kev: and then it starts back over in fall if I'm not mistaken. end
Bright: Correct. Well, end of summer, yeah.
Kev: of summer, yeah, early fall. Okay, and then we kind of have that winter break from mid.
Bright: All of January
Kev: Mid December to February or something. Yeah, okay. Yep. All right. Just had to remind myself what was happening. Yep.
Bright: through like mid February. Yeah. Yeah. I don't think they're doing any Boxing Day games or anything like that, but man would I love that. I would love it if we had boxing day games. Yeah.
Kev: Boxing day game? Boxing day a day after Christmas? Yeah, okay.
Bright: Day yeah, day after Christmas and stuff like yeah. Well, 'cause you know, over in England everything like they do there's like four games over that two week stretch for every team. Like it's just constant soccer, you know. So they they
Kev: Gosh. That's pretty cool.
Bright: Yeah, depending on when Christmas falls and things like that, but but there's pretty much always big games on Boxing Day. There's big games around New Year's. Yeah, then you got the regular weekend games mingled in in there. So it's always Always an exciting time. I would love it if we kinda would be able to pull that off and
Kev: It.
Bright: then go into our break. But I d I don't know. We'll worry about that another day. Right now we need to worry about Kansas City. Bring home another three points. Keep working our way up the table. Move to eleven games unbeaten. Knock on wood. and then big games this this weekend of which I'm set to go to Houston.
